Shipping and returns

Orders are delivered by courier, within Romania, to the address given on the order. The wine travels in dedicated packaging, designed to protect the bottles on the way.

Delivery usually takes a few working days from the moment the order is confirmed; we confirm it order by order. Alcoholic products are handed over only to people aged 18 or over.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without having to justify your decision, under the legislation in force on distance contracts.

Returned products must be in the condition you received them, with the seal intact. An opened bottle cannot be returned, for obvious reasons of hygiene and food safety.
