Where it comes from
Dealul Vifor · Dobrogea
Riviera is the coast seen from the vineyard on Dealul Vifor: sunny, friendly wines with a touch of sweetness. The white is off-dry, the rosé medium sweet.
It is also the range that gave its name to the AER by Rasova season: the evenings on the hill, with music, sunset and glasses that never quite empty.

A wine that delivers joy and colour through its fruity, direct, undisguised expression. A sunlit creation, bright straw-yellow, with intense aromas of rose petals, ripe peaches, pineapple and ginger, backed by mineral tones of hot stone and salty-mineral sensations.
The rich palate has a personality of its own, thanks to the duet between the sweet impressions of ripe exotic fruit and a precise, crisp, juicy acidity. The persistent aftertaste vibrates in a fruity rhythm, fresh and intense.

Harvest and winemaking
The crisp grapes, with their lively acidity, are picked carefully at dawn, in the cool, into small crates. Harvested and vinified variety by variety, the bunches are kept cold overnight and sorted with care, berry by berry. The free-run must is settled by gravity under a blanket of inert gas and fermented in stainless steel at low temperature. The young wines rest for 3 months on their fine lees before the final blend and bottling.
